How to add your business locations to your account

In Candid you can save multiple locations to your account settings. These can be addresses for different types of locations like warehouses, retail premises, manufacturing centers, home offices, and billing offices. Any type of address you use and need to run your wholesale business through Candid can be saved to your account.

How to add locations

You can manage addresses under the Settings>Location section of your account. Under location settings you can either update an existing address or add a new one by choosing one of the buttons seen in the image below:

To create a new location enter the required information and then click the Save button:

Note that you can have multiple shipping locations. This is particularly helpful for stores that ship from more than one warehouse.

Can I delete a Shopify address?

If you use our Shopify integration, you can delete your locations in Shopify and then those changes will be reflected in Candid. You can learn more about this here.
