Navigating your Finix dashboard
Your Finix dashboard puts your payments data at your fingertips, equipping you with a comprehensive overview of all your activity and tools to manage your business and account.
To access your Finix dashboard, login to your Candid account and navigate to your Seller HQ page. Next, scroll down the page and click on where it says Candid Pay "Account Dashboard":
If you don't have a Finix dashboard login please message our support team at team@candidwholesale.com and we can email you a dashboard invite.
Please Note: Currently Finix doesn't include order or invoice numbers in their transaction history. We have put in a request with their support team to include this information in the future. In the meantime, if you need this information for accounting purposes we recommend downloading a CSV of your payments from the Orders page in your Candid account. The payments download will include the "Processor Transaction ID" for paid invoices which can then be used to find the transaction in your Finix dashboard.
