How to connect Candid to ShipHero

We have several different options for integrating ShipHero with your sales in Candid. You can choose to use whichever integration system works best with your current business needs. The different options for syncing Candid orders to ShipHero are outlined below.

Option 1

Export a CSV from Candid periodically and uploading it to ShipHero. This is the most manual option, but also the easiest:

Option 2

Integrate directly with our API. This is pretty straightforward but it does require the most setup work, however it also gives you the most control over how you handle everything.

Option 3

Integrate via an Extensiv Integration Manager. This has the advantage of being fairly easy to set up using a robust 3rd party integration with Extensiv but doesn't give you as much control as the API integration.
