How to use Zapier to connect Candid to the rest of your apps

Candid has a native Zapier integration, which allows it to connect different apps that you use for your wholesale business directly to your Candid account, allowing for a more streamlined process between all the tools you use. For example, when an order is approved in Candid you can use Zapier to do the following:

• Create a new row in a Google Sheet, containing detailed order data
• Send an automated Slack notification
• Create an invoice in Xero
• And so much more

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a tool that helps you automate workflows by connecting the apps and services that you use. This allows you to automate tasks without having to build the integration on your own or hire someone to build it for you.

How does Zapier work?

Zapier works by letting you create “Zaps” that automate your work by connecting your apps and then moving information between them based on rules you set. You can connect two or more apps to automate repetitive tasks such as sending wholesale orders to a Google spreadsheet for example. Zapier connects with over 5,000 different apps so there's a good chance if you're using several different apps to run your business then Zapier can help automate some of your daily tasks.

How to set up a Zapier connection

To get started head to your Integrations page, which can be found in the sub-menu at the bottom of the left navigation:

Then click on Activate Zapier:

Then click on Accept Invite & Build Zap:

Then click Create Zap:

Then type the name of the app you want to pair Candid with:
