How to pay an invoice for a buyer

If you prefer to enter your customer's card details on their behalf you can do so by using Candid's built in payment terminal. To use the payment terminal you will want to make sure and set up Candid Pay first if you haven't already.

To get started, head to the order that you would like to pay for. Make sure you have all of your customer's bank card details first. You will need their full name, billing email, card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing zip code.

Note: Before you can pay the invoice you will need to send the invoice to the customer or you can select "Mark Invoiced Externally" to bypass that step:

Next, select "View Order" from the side menu and then click "Payment Terminal":

This will open up the payment terminal where you can then enter the card information:

Make sure you fill everything out completely and click the Pay button when you are finished. When you are finished both you and the buyer will get an emailed copy of the receipt.
