How to view your sales order history

To view a list of all of your sales orders click on the Orders tab:

The first thing you will notice is there are three tabs listed at the top of the page. We will be going through what each of these tabs does individually.

The Overview tab

Some of the operations you can perform in the Overview tab are:

• See a list of all your orders
• Search for specific orders using the filters
• Re-sort the order list from oldest to newest, or newest to oldest
• Group orders by recently updated
• Group orders by customer
• Send an order to QuickBooks

The Shipments tab

Some of the operations you can perform in the Shipments tab are:

• Search by the date a shipment was sent
• View expected ship dates
• View shipping status
• View order status
• View shipping location by City and State

The Payments tab

Some of the operations you can perform in the Payments tab are:

• Search by invoice number
• View payment due dates
• View invoice status
• View paid date

How to search for specific orders using filters

You can narrow your search by clicking the Add Filter button:
