How to share ordering terms and conditions with your buyers

You can add terms and conditions to your company profile from the Settings>Order Options page:

Your Order Terms & Conditions will then be accessible towards the bottom of the order page for your buyers to see:

When they click on "Order Terms & Conditions" it will open as a pop-up:
