How to share ordering instructions with your buyers

Sometimes you might need to share special ordering instructions with your customers like order minimums or shipping times. In Candid you can add these instructions so that they show up as an alert popup on all new orders.

To get started head to your Catalogs>Customize page and click on "Ordering Instructions" found under the General Settings tab:

Enter the ordering instructions and click save. Note that you also have the option to show these ordering details as a popup on all new orders:

The popup will look like this to buyers:

The ordering details will also be visible to buyers in the header section of your catalog:
