How to manage your search profile

What is a search profile?

When you create a Candid account, a search profile is automatically created for you so that your vendor(s) can easily find you in a customer search. Your search profile is only visible to you and your vendor(s).

How to update your search profile

You can manage the information in your search listing by going to your Settings page, which can be found in the sidebar menu:


In your search listing you can add a short description of your company, your business location, and your company logo. Note that your company logo will be visible on your orders as well. Remember to click the save button after making any changes.
