How to pay an invoice directly in Candid

The quickest way to pay an invoice is to navigate to your order history page and find the order you would like to pay:

You can find outstanding invoices in the Invoice Status column:

Then select the order you want to pay from the list:

Next, click the "Pay Invoice" button:

Next, either select the card you want to pay with or enter a new card. Then click "Pay Now":

Note: All of the credit card details that you enter must match what is on your credit card exactly or your payment won't be accepted. If you know you entered the correct details but your card is declined you might need to contact your bank.

How to pay an invoice that was emailed to you

Another way you can pay invoices is when the seller emails you an invoice link. The email will include a link that will take you to the payment portal when you click the "Pay Invoice" button seen here:

Next, click on "Payment Terminal" in the new window:

Enter your card info and then click the "Pay" button to submit your payment:

The vendor will then get an email confirming that your payment has been made. The order will then also be marked as paid in Candid.

What if I can't pay my invoice in Candid?

If you don't see the Pay Now option on your order or invoice this means the seller hasn't set up a Candid Pay account. Please contact your vendor directly to find out how they would like you to pay invoices with them. You can send them a message using the "Messages" portal on the order if you need to reach out to them:

How can I print a copy of my order or invoice?

You can save a PDF copy of your order or invoice by clicking on the "PDF / Print" button. This will automatically download the PDF to your computer, laptop, iPad, or other device. After the PDF is downloaded you can then print the PDF when you open it from the downloads list on your computer.

Note: For the best results we always recommend using the PDF / Print button to save a copy of your order. Since print settings are different for everyone please note that we are not able to control formatting on your computer or device. For this reason we recommend saving the PDF first and then printing the download.
