How to add a 2nd shipment to a single order

Being able to add more than one shipment to a single order is a handy feature to use if you are ordering products that need to be shipped out at different times based on, say for example, seasonality or inventory needs. Since each shipment is also invoiced separately, this also allows you to create one single order but manage different shipments and invoices at the same time.

How to add a shipment to an approved order

Once an order has already been accepted by the seller you can no longer make any changes to the order on your end. Instead, you can send a message to your vendor and ask them if they can update the order for you. You can learn how to send them a message here: How to send a message to your vendor
